Here’s a bit about Enso Counselling, and how I hope to be your partner on your healing journey.

The enso (usually spelled ‘ensō’) is a hand-drawn circle used as a symbol in Zen Buddhism. The ensō symbolizes many things, among them the beauty of imperfection, letting go of expectations, simplicity, completeness, and the cyclical nature of existence.

It also represents the acceptance of our true, innermost self, along with all our imperfections. And that is why I believe it is a fitting representation of what you and I will strive to achieve together.
